it's not revenue, it is a $9M "bookings" target...
I am sure Sean said that the 9 million was going to be this year
Hopefully before October is here
We need a big lift
We need positive momentum
We need positive news and cash to get us out of the slump we are currently experiencing.

Come on Sean make it rain with positive news

Many shares your frustrations.

I am not telling you how to manage your portfolio, but selling now could end up being one of the worst decisions of your life, note I said: could!
We must be getting very close to some major announcements IMO, moving computing to the edge have just started and BRN are well positioned to take full advantage of that. Sean sounded very upbeat where he was talking to Michael Marchuk from Blue Prism (see below).

I was once in a small biotech and I sold because I got feed up waiting (okay, not as long as here I admit). About a month later the company rocketed X5 on very good news! I am not saying this will happen here, but the chances are there, and they are fairly good I will say.
If he can't make some good deals before the next AGM, the company must consider selling its IP's and close shop (shareholder's vote's) because they can't keep on printing shares, hollowing out value for shareholders.
I remain optimistic and buy a few shares when I can.
That's just my layman opinion, not to be taken too seriously.

The one year chart really smooths out the last 4 months share price action and it and volume has been fairly consistent over that period of time.

The 19 to 22 cent range is pretty well "set" and I personally think anyone wanting to sell now, out of "fatigue" is a bit "cucooo-kooo"...

This will double on any significant news, practically overnight and if you wanted to pack your bags "that" would be your opportunity.

Selling at "this point" where the share price is showing stability, is just dumb and gifting the opportunity to others, or at least that's "my opinion".

These periods of relative share price stability, are where people should feel confident buying, or adding to their positions, not saying "ahh I'm done here"...

If you really "want out" do it on a big move.
Personally I understand the dejection here, with timelines continually pushed out, but I do believe we are gaining traction and that the forecast projections some are crying over, are overly conservative.

We land a couple of big commercial IP deals and the market isn't going to "wait" until the money is rolling in.
We just need confirmation of real "commercial viability" that's all.

I still believe in our BOD and Sean's 5-year plan. Next year is the fourth year, so we should start seeing some results. In my opinion, we are doing okay so far this year. Only the SP is not moving. But I believe that by the end of this year, everyone will be very happy. I'll keep buying some more while the SP is still cheap.

That was BlueRidge Envisioneering @Esq.111 who were bought out by a big defence company Parsons.

Hoping we’re deep in their projects and being a larger company; more experience, greater expertise and budgets to get a Defence project to completion.

That buy out was positive imo. 🤞👍

Just a little reminder of comments made at the 2025 AGM

C'mon BRN time is ticking away⌛ .....Give us a 🙏 📢📢 BIGGY! !📢📢 🙏

In AGM’s past, we have avoided using the “pivot” word. Sometimes that word carries the wrong connotation. So, being conservative, we avoided using it. But there is a reality to accept – it was quite clear when I first got here, let alone Sean, that an overhaul was needed. When I arrived, Brainchip had solid fundamental technology, but, via some bad decisions, non-ideal leadership, tough luck and bad timing, whatever, the product roadmap and product robustness just wasn’t there. The Company tried with all its might to push and position what we had, but we just didn’t have the complete set needed for success. Today, I can firmly say, the Company is in its best position ever.

The Company has closed more engagements in the past 5months, than it ever has. Our confidence is such that you are seeing us make strong commitments with respect to bookings expectations. And yes, you are seeing us make noise about possible redomiciling. Our bullishness is starting to show. The Company must now look forward and drive forward, we can’t and shouldn’t look backwards in any form.

Closing Remarks:In the rapidly evolving Edge AI market, the transformation over the past few years has been extraordinary. What began as a space with simple solutions implemented by a few players has become a dynamic industry demanding complex, high-performance solutions across numerous sectors.

As Dr Tapson and I have outlined, we have taken deliberate and decisive steps to position BrainChip as a leader in this evolving environment. The work we have done, and continue to do, is strengthening the foundation for us to thrive amid these industry changes.

Make no mistake: 2025 is the most pivotal year in our company’s history. The entire BrainChip team is operating with a sense of urgency, keenly aware of the importance of securing more, and higher value, wins this year.

We are beginning to see the fruits of our labour with critical commercial successes, key collaborations, and a promising pipeline. Our progress is a testament to the soundness of our strategy and our unwavering commitment to generating sustainable, meaningful revenue streams.Lastly, as we look to the future, I firmly believe the industry will consolidate to a handful of leading-E dge AI providers, including BrainChip.

Each commercial win, and each product innovation strengthens our position and brings us closer to this vision. We are resolutely focused on achieving this vision. Thank you for your continued support and trust in our mission. Now, let me turn the meeting back to the Chairman.

Expanding Our Patent PortfolioInnovation and intellectual property remain at the heart of our strategy. Over the past year, we filed 16 additional patent applications, bringing our total portfolio to an impressive 54 patents—all while reducing filing costs by 30%. This achievement reflects

streamlined, Edge-ready models. This evolution is reshaping possibilities, enabling businesses to capitalise on the power of AI while overcoming constraints. In parallel, awareness and recognition of State-Space Models (SSMs), a core strength of BrainChip’s with our TENNs technology, have significantly grown.

Industry leaders such as NVIDIA and Tencent have demonstrated their commitment to SSMs with notable advancements. Examples are NVIDIA’s endorsement of SSMs and Tencent’s release of Hunyuan-11, an enterprise scale LLM.

These developments validate the compelling advantages of SSMs over traditional Transformer models, particularly for Generative AI on the Edge. We are confident that SSMs will become the preferred model type in this dynamic domain.Establishing leadership in SSMs for Edge applications is fundamental to BrainChip’s vision.

By harnessing this transformative technology, we are poised to redefine possibilities and cement our position as trailblazers in Edge AI innovation.

Cheers all ....Enjoy your Sunday :)

SpikingBrain 1.0, developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is a neuromorphic AI model that mimics brain neurons.

It achieves up to 26.5× faster first-token generation and 100× speed on ultra-long tasks while using only 2% of traditional training data.
By firing neurons selectively instead of applying global attention, it reaches linear scaling.

Strategically, it runs entirely on Chinese MetaX chips, avoiding NVIDIA dependence and aiming to democratize AI access.

I compared it with Akida 2.0 and found that SpikingBrain is stronger for long texts, but Akida is significantly better in all other areas and, above all, significantly more energy-efficient.

Nevertheless, I find it exciting that China is pursuing an alternative to NVIDIA GPUs and isn't aiming for a copy of traditional GPUs, but rather relies on spiking technology.

I can't understand why some people think a 5 year plan should be completed in 3.

My takeaway from some genuinely concerned investors here is not that they are questioning the 5-year plan itself, but rather that they don’t believe it should take the full 5 years before any results appear. A 5year plan doesn’t mean you only deliver revenue right at the end of year five.

For me, it’s simply incomprehensible how, with all these developments ..partnerships, customers, and connections … the share price can be this low. Even without revenue, 50 cents would seem fairer. There are plenty of companies with no partnerships, let alone products, that trade at higher valuations. So it’s less about the entrepreneurial progress itself and more about how the market treats the share price. But well… that’s just how it is.

The hope of potential generational wealth is real
Coming from someone in the medical field, these applications will literally change the speed and accuracy of diagnoses like never been seen before! Applications in these field are limitless. Regardless of where BRN fits into this, people’s lives will change for the better because of this development in health diagnostics! Thanks for sharing @Pom down under

TR & EN | Dostlar Selamlar Meta Ai Akıllı Gözlük ve DJI Avata 2’den Real-Time nesne sınıflandırma çalışmamı geliştirip iki görüntü kaynağından gelen veriyi korele edip, Palantir Gotham’dan esinlenerek ana karar-destek noktasında işleyecek bir Ai C4ISR’a evriltmeye başladım. Bu kez DJI Avata 2’ye Akida Neuromorphic Chip entegre ederek kendi üzerinde görüntüyü işlemeye çalışacağım

Greetings, friends I’ve started evolving my real-time object classification project with the Meta AI Smart Glasses and DJI Avata 2 into an AI C4ISR system that correlates data from two visual sources and processes it at the main decision-support point, inspired by Palantir Gotham. This time, I’ll be integrating the Akida Neuromorphic Chip into the DJI Avata 2 to attempt onboard image processing

I was talking to someone I know through a friend the other day who has worked in IT and the tech space for a long time. He mentioned his latest project which they are using LLMs but due to the nature of the work these can be required when power and networks are down. I mentioned that BrainChip’s Akida and do LLMs on device to which his jaw almost hit the ground and said that would solve all their issues. I told him I am not that technical and telling him my interpretation of the tech so do your own research and he said he will look into it more. I look forward to having a chat to him when I see him next probably around Christmas time.
The conversation did give me a smile though and reaffirmed the tech is potentially extremely useful.
