Jamiesam , if you read the 3 pages in this thread , you will see that I believe our ip is in the Arm Ethos U85 . What you will also learn is that some ~95% of Brainchip shareholders on the TSE don’t believe that we are in the Arm Ethos U85 . What surprises me greatly and I think is strange , is that no non believer has raised the possibility that the Arm Ethos U85 as our biggest market competitor , with the real possibility to take a massive slice of the NPU market .

Paul Williamson ( General Manager of ARM ioT ) newly exposed revelation in the article below , confirms the ARM Cortex M85 and the Ethos U85 were incorporated into the Renesas RA8E , some 6 months after Renesas integrated Akida ip with an ARM Cortex M85 . Coincidence , I think not .

WeeBit Nano’s Vice President of Research and Development liking Alif Semiconductors co founder Reza’s video on why those with in house proprietary NPU’s are not providing the benefits to developers compared to company’s like Alif who externally source the latest advanced NPU technology , as in Alif’s case the Arm Ethos U85 .

WeeBit Nano’s CEO Coby talking about not being able to elaborate on their relationship with Global Foundaries . As we know from above , Alif have a over reliance of products from Global Foundaries and that their first Ethos U85 development board was made in FD-SOI , the same technology used to make BrainChip’s AKD1500 from Global Foundaries .

Coby then gets asked a question in relation to BrainChip and if there is any synergy between WeeBit and BrainChip for data requirements . We talk to them ( followed by a word salad with lots of um’s and uh’s )

Coby then elaborates that they are in discussions with BrainChip on multiple fronts , but can’t provide any further information .

So once again we have a mix of Arm , Alif , Ethos U85 , Global Foundaries , FD-SOI , BrainChip and now WeeBit Nano .

In summary and If you don’t know what I think by now , you clearly have not been paying attention and for the new comers , I am 99.9% convinced that BrainChip’s ip is in the Arm Ethos U85 .
