Gidday Brainchip supporters,
Last night I had a great phone conversation with Peter, we discussed lots of personal, private stuff, but I asked many questions
in a respectful manner in knowing that Peter has (officially) retired, but as I thought, he is in regular contact with Dr. Tony and
Sean, as in weekly...yes, I did raise my concerns around Antonio and his comments during the AGM and can assure all shareholders
that Peters explanation to me was very reassuring, yes it was a mistake, yes, the shareholders need to be informed and no, we aren't
moving to the US anytime soon, yes, the company is looking into possibly moving from the ASX, and if the BOD thinks it's in our best
interests moving forward, we the shareholders will vote based on what is presented to us at that time.
Peter, as of yesterday, has on-signed the lease of our Perth offices to another entity, meaning Tony has finished working in downtown
Perth and without assuming too much, I believe Tony will be working out of his own home office remotely, but will let Tony or the
company confirm as such.
With the lease cancelled, it will save the company around $160,000 per annum, which is a positive, I understand who and why this
decision to shut down our office came about, and as some have commented, Peter did confirm to me that a Cortical Neural Network
had been proven to work, it is capable of Level 5 in Autonomous Driving (think that is what I heard).
Akida 3 has been witnessed and is unbelievable, programmable and will be able to perform technologies so advanced, that future
products haven't even been thought of yet, yes, our company is the future, and I can also assure shareholders pressure is being put
on company employees responsible for closing deals and in turn creating real revenue, so watch this space.
I'm very comfortable with my conversation with our founder, all I can personally say is, yes, slowness isn't just a shareholder prospective, hang in there with me, the technology is brilliant, and our customers have finally come to that realization as well in my view.

Akida Tech.
