Thought I'd check what the outcome, if any, was with the above enquiry through DeGirum for access to Akida.

The requestor looked like a reasonable connection to have playing with Akida.

Appears maybe not just SH's they struggle to communicate with

Bit disappointing given this simple request started in Feb....is it BRN or is it DeGirum

Anyone reading this report would be wondering how the hell this share price is ever going to go up..

I can't understand for the life of me why BRN would actually have published this (paid) for research.... Unbelievable...

I'm trying to gauge when this report was written. Little doubt it has been commissioned by BRN.

A couple of points.....
1) It states that the last call on LDA was March 2024
2) Also mentions redomicle to the US

On Feb 27 2025, BRN released both the current call on LDA and the redomicle announcements. So, did the BoD have to leak our own info via the asx platform to cover for the fact we had told Trim Capital about the redomicle and they were putting it in their report???

And why have we not informed the market that the redomicle is now dead in the water and a move is off the table???


And this bit sucks too!!!!

Especially if the guy that was enquiring was the one I think it is who co authored a paper on autonomous driving with others including one associated with VW too.

Would be good if they could get their hands on Akida to try FFS.

If as expected auto transition (as defence are) to the Edge Renesas will have to join the party.
If they decide not produce AKIDA chips they can easily access them via the back door.
Andes are a supplier of chips for auto to Renesas and they have just announced they are integrating AKIDA.
For Renesas it would likely be far more cost effective for them to buy one IP from Andes containing AKIDA than buying Andes and AKIDA as separate IP.
So one way or another AKIDA will find its way to Renesas.

The Trim report may have been paid for but the Acquistion value was based on actual events so it cannot be disputed.
Paid is irrelevant for this purpose.

I personally read this, as they are continuing their investigation and shareholders will be advised of Brainchips recommendation in due course. Definitely not dead.

The research is also dated 5 May and mentions a possible Nasdaq listing (and the reasons why. That clearly came from BrainChip...

Sort of repeating what others said last week.
It was very unfortunate what Antonio was saying on redomicile with being on any stock exchange not just US (not limited to) and while watching the AGM live……I’m thinking please stop Antonio as it is getting a little embarrassing.

I posted extracts from that ASX announcement with questions for BRN Sean or Antonio or others from BOD while Antonio kept digging himself into a hole.
Did they address my questions inked to that, no and assume it was embarrassing enough for Antonio.

Being on the BOD you would expect Antonio to be all over that important asx announcement.
I wished someone from the BOD corrected him at the AGM.

That said, at first glance, this appears as though it could be the Board’s way of nudging shareholders toward accepting a predetermined sale price, potentially around $1.00 per share, possibly to a party like ARM, for instance.

I don't know what else to make of this to be honest.

Thanks for sharing this. Isn't this similar to what happened with VVDN and the Edge Box?

I remember people asking about their orders, through both the VVDN and BrainChip websites and got very unsatisfactory answers, if I'm not mistaken.

BTW, I didn't order an Edge Box. So, maybe someone who did, can comment on their lived experience.??...

Hi all, jrp173 is correct in his translation. As I previously stated, I watched segments of the AGM again today, and this statement from Antonio was very clear. Anybody that doubts the correctness of the post, is either deaf or their memory ain't what it used to be.​

As for the gaff about the actual "US" domicile, I too cannot understand why nobody tried to correct him. Talk about hung out to dry.​
