Sean was great as usual

A few things that I liked hearing was a question, are we going to be in Mercedes MBUX system & Sean said he can't talk about it but then went onto say something along the lines of all of our customers are finding multiple use cases for our tech, none of the customers are just using us for one use/product. They are looking at multiple or many use cases.

Another question was about could ADK1000 handle level 4 / 5 ADAS automation, he answered with a long answer but then said yes it can handle it.

Renesas & Megachips are developing products

We are significantly increasing our team this year, in engineering & sales & marketing

The new Marketing guy is building his team right now

Sean was articulate and engaging when conducting his presentation and sure as hell had an impressive understanding of all things Akida and where this company is going. Full speed ahead would be an understatement !

According to Sean: Considerable increase in headcount coming, both on development/engineering and sales/marketing side.

Also mentioned strategic hires.

"majority of EAP customers will be IP"
Brn had previoously said if there's going to be more than a million produced of something it's best to use the IP.
Think on that the majority of EAP customers will be IP.:oops::D

I got up early to watch this live. The Q&A session was brilliant. I felt like I was surrounded by TSX posters that were peppering Sean with questions....was great to watch.

I asked a heap of EAP and IP questions. Got some good answers to most of them. Great to hear that of the 15 EAP customers, up to 11 companies haven't been mentioned in public yet.

And the fact that the revenue Sean is expecting this year is from IP is great. Gives us a better chance of seeing significant revenue. Still keen to know who it will be from. Renesas possibly. But would be good if it was from one of the unnamed EAP customers.

Tried to get an answer out of him on when we can expect our next IP license to be signed without any luck. Was funny watching his reaction to some of these questions that were almost pushing the envelope.

Hope he does more Q&A sessions like this in the future....

With all the secrecy that Sean kept, shows me that the EAPs consider Akida as their GOLD mine and need to protect it.

Hi all , I got up and watched the seminar
I thought Sean performed really well and I’m excited that the vast majority of EAP will likely be going down the IP route ( min 1million )
My only complaint was that the ford logo has disappeared from presentations and Sean wouldn’t say if they were still on board ! Seems a step backwards with ford ?? I think they recently hired an engineer from Tesla .. hopefully the secrecy is just because they are about to announce an agreement with us !!
Sean also said we weren’t focused on military at all , now this may just mean that we are only going in things like radar ?

I'm going to go out on a negative here. It won't be popular, but it's how I see it. I'm understanding of the company needing to play things close to their chests and they have NDA's. However this almost seems like a tactic these days not to give it's shareholders enough information. Break even after 2025, seems like a lot of growth still needed before we see significant revenue. I won't be buying any more shares for now, I have enough. I must say I thought we were closer to deals than I think we are. 2022 they'll continue to grow, but looks like the customers are still playing with the toys rather than taking anything to market in the near future.
I'm still very happy with my holdings, I'll follow the threads and look for interesting articles on BRN. Sean spoke well and I think in the long run BRN holders are going to be very well looked after. It's just going to take a little longer than I had hoped by the sounds of it. Good luck all, I think the patient will be (in time) handsomely rewarded.

Can I just point out that a NDA is literally a tactic or mechanism of not giving ANYONE enough information. It’s not something to defend from shareholders but from anyone anywhere that may benefit from knowing the information, when that information should only benefit the disclosing party typically.

I love the way he talks about the current ways of doing AI as the “old way” of doing things. He presents very well. Excellent phrasing.

When Sean had the question when will we break even, I don't think he meant by 2025 we will break even, I took it as he went off the question a little bit & said something along the lines of, we are not focused on that we are in the growth phase & they are going to burn through cash until 2025 by growing our team, lots of marketing & spending on R&D
